Services Built Around Service

We provide both clinical assessments and trauma-focused therapies recommended by the World Health Organization. Our clinicians are experienced with the cultures, systems and pressures that come with uniformed work.

Evidence-Based Trauma Therapies

Prolonged Exposure (PE)

A structured approach to revisiting traumatic memories in a safe environment at a manageable pace, helping the mind and body integrate what happened.

Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)

Targets the beliefs that shift after trauma, about safety, trust, control, intimacy and esteem, using cognitive tools applied specifically to trauma.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

A non-traditional therapy that uses body awareness, breathing and imagery alongside bilateral stimulation to process traumatic material across sessions.

Equine-Facilitated Psychotherapy

Sessions with horses serve as a complement to therapies like EMDR, CBT, CPT, DBT and mindfulness. Led by Dr. Stephanie Taillefer, who has specialised training in equine-assisted psychotherapy.
