We support currently serving and former members of the Canadian Armed Forces, RCMP, police, fire, EHS and other first responders with trauma-informed assessments and evidence-based therapy aimed at healing, resilience and post-traumatic growth.

A non-traditional therapy that uses body awareness, breathing and imagery alongside bilateral stimulation to process traumatic material across sessions.
Sessions with horses serve as a complement to therapies like EMDR, CBT, CPT, DBT and mindfulness. Led by Dr. Stephanie Taillefer, who has specialised training in equine-assisted psychotherapy.
