Therapy Built for First Responders & Veterans

Mindful Therapies has worked alongside Veterans, CAF members and first responders for years. Our clinicians are trained in the trauma-focused approaches considered gold-standard for operational stress injuries, PTSD and moral injury.

We're approved providers for Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC) and CAF programs, with direct billing available. Most major insurers covering first responders are also accepted, including Medavie Blue Cross.

Care is available in-person in Halifax, Dartmouth and Wolfville, and through secure online sessions across Nova Scotia.
