Our 1:1 sessions are delivered by licensed Psychologists, Clinical Social Workers and Registered Counselling Therapists. Each clinician brings a unique blend of training in approaches such as Internal Family Systems, Interpersonal Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and trauma-specific care including EMDR and Prolonged Exposure.
